The new high-pass Rally Raid version has been specially designed for the most extreme off-road use. The more internal position of both the passenger footpegs and the original support bracket allows for greater protection in small and large falls. It comes with two heat shields, in steel near the rider's boot, and in carbon near the passenger footpegs. The kit also includes a bracket machined from solid to slightly move the passenger footpegs outwards so that it can be used. The Rally Raid silencer is Full-Titanium, to save every single gram possible. The outlet is 60mm and is equipped with a db-Killer. Each coupling is carried out through turned titanium bushings machined from solid, male and female, to provide precise and fast couplings, without the slightest loss of pressure and exhaust gases. It is made in both Racing and Euro 5 homologated versions.

The silencer X-Plorer II is the answer of the SC-Project R&D department for people who want elegance and refinement even for a maxi-enduro bike like Yamaha Ténéré 700. Available in titanium, SC-Project developed this streamlined exhaust in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations. The carbon fiber end cap is perfectly in harmony with the shape of the muffler body.

The X-Plorer II muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components in titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Yamaha Ténéré 700, the X-Plorer II muffler allows to save weight (-2,0 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of + 1,5 hp and +1,5 Nm.

Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The X-Plorer II silencer can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing headers, provided as an additional option.

The installation of the racing headers does not meet the Euro 5 homologation regulations.

The new Rally Race muffler is the maximum result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the racing use of multi-purpose and off-road bikes like Yamaha Ténéré 700.

The design of this muffler is really aggressive together with the huge exit diameter output (60 mm diameter) and is equipped with a removable dB-killer. The ultralight titanium body of the silencer is very sporty, compact and light (-2,7kg). The frame mounting bracket is designed and manufactured to resist extreme use and conditions.

Rally Race silencer is completed with a precious aluminum plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the official racing exhausts manufactured inside SC-Project Reparto Corse. This kit includes a carbon fiber heat shield to fit on the link pipe.

As slip-on, this product can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing headers, available as accessory.

The complete SC-Project group is the direct result of the research, development and design work initiated by the internal R&D department together with the major teams of the MotoGP and SBK championships. SC-Project, with the aim of improving the performance and aesthetics of the stock vehicle, has created a full system unit designed to house the original lambda probe, which presents first-rate technical solutions: the use of bushings turned from solid and CNC machined give the exhaust perfect couplings that make it easier to assemble and improve the performance of the full system; the work of lightening guarantees a better driveability of the vehicle; the creation of variable fitting dimensions guarantees a strong increase in performance both in terms of torque and maximum power over the entire curve; the removal of the original catalyst allows an important reduction of the operating temperature as well as giving a dark and deep sound, a real hallmark of the SC-Project range, to the bike on which it is mounted.
